A hole, a black hole

Well it was certainly black from where I was standing.
We had a lot of rain this afternoon and I was standing looking out of the patio doors wondering what to blip. Alongside the adjoining fence to next door we have some lovely seasoned logs where the birds bounce around. I noticed this end for the first time has a hidey hole, bet lots of little creatures live there! Great texture too, weathering nicely. So I dashed out between the showers for my picture.
