At The End Of The Day

It was drizzle, verging on rain on the morning walk so my plans for close-up shots of spiders webs went out the window.
What I did find was a beetle trying (and for the most part, failing) to hide from the moisture, a newly opened pack of wet needles and a bunch of grapes that aren't grapes.

When we went out to do some food shopping SWMBO said she also wanted to have a pair of shoes reheeled for the wedding we are going to on Saturday, which meant I had to endure the hell that is the shopping centre. I have managed to avoid it for quite some time. It was surprising to see how quickly some changes had come about with shops shutting and others changing to eateries.
It would appear nobody eats at home during the day or that there will be another rash of closures happening within the year.

It was a camera club outing to Port Edgar at South Queensferry in the evening.
Not my first choice it has to be said - you can't get any clear shot of the boats in the marina and it definitely is not the best place for sunset shots with the bridges.
It took almost all night for the clouds to let any colour through and when it did it was almost impossible to get a different shot to all the others.
I think I managed with this shot using the long lens and the last chink to direct light hitting the wind deflectors.
One other member managed by using his drone - so I look forward to seeing his shots.
