2012 challenge - Ticket

These were awarded to me at the Marriott's Desert Springs Villa's Iron Chef Competition.
NOT because I actually made the winning entry, but through default!
NO ONE else showed up to participate in the event.
Disappointed? Yes.
When asked what the secret ingredient would have been, it was revealed to be a 16 oz. can of black beans! I would have had so nailed it and had fun cooking with those!
For our enthusiasm and culinary potential we were given the tickets and got to see some pretty awesome art.
