A lovely set of flowers right by our back door.

Working from home, all day in front of the computer made for a long tiresome day. I was grateful for a break and a sashay into the garden.

Most of the hedging in our back garden is hawthorn and it’s the bane of Mr Kit’s summer trying to keep it in check. This year he managed to get it cut back before the birds started to nest and it has rewarded us with a lovely set of flowers right by our back door.

It had really warmed up by the time I went to ride China this evening. We had a great session in the school and both worked really hard, we’ll soon be ready for our next dressage competition.
