When the highlight of one's day is a visit to Tim Horton's in Stenhousemuir then it's safe to say that it was an unremarkable day.

A morning at the computer called for a break before cabin fever took over, so I decided to treat myself to a cup of Canada's finest. Afterwards, I took a wee walk over to Crownest Park, known locally as the Lido, to see what I could see. Not much by way of wildlife on view, apart from a few mallards and this swan resting on her nest. No sign of ducklings or cygnets, although the cob was sitting in the park on the other side of the pond nibbling away on the grass.

Suitably refreshed I then headed back home for another session at the computer.
