I think this is who this is and not the teenager quickly changing plumage.

I've got a new neighbour upstairs. I've yet to meet them. I feel anxious about the adjustments that may be required.  I feel so fixed in my patterns as I age.

I had a useful/helpful meeting with Katherine Practice Nurse yesterday. Medication to reduce the acid reflux that made yesterdays Pilates foul. It affects me swimming and sleeping on Right side. I trudged a poo specimen to surgery this morning to exclude a possible bacteria thats causing it. Ageing is tedious.
