New track

Our section of the Munich to Zurich train track has been "upgraded" over the last year & the line closed for most of last year between Buchloe & Memmingen for new track & electrification.

Seemingly the electrification is not yet in use while the section from Memmingen to Lake Constance is done. This train was one of the small regional trains that go to Augsburg rather than the big Swiss or main Lake Constance to Munich Inter-Regional trains.

Lovely walk on a stretch we haven't done for ages. Extra of a Kite, hopefully, wild birds won't fall victim to all the new electric lines.
