One little girl is going to be very happy indeed. What she will never know is that we spent the evening wrapping presents, watching Olly Murs and his Olde Christmas Carols and imbibing copious quantities of red wine. (Yes it does make the time pass more quickly, introduces humour to the situation and allays all fear of not having bought enough/ the right thing/the right size and so on.
