What better way to spend a sunny spring lunchtime than relaxing in a deck chair with your special friend.

I was on my way to a  tour of the the Albert Memorial -ably guided by Richard (see extra)  and then down into the undercroft beneath the memoriaI which I never realised was there (see second extra). Hard hats and torches were provided and we squeezed through the archways. Total silence and stillness in the heart of London.
