Be eggselent

That is the Blipfoto Motto. Or something like it.

Well I am doing my best to live up to it.
Last week it was Avocet eggs.

Today it is the turn of the Oyster Catchers.

The main shot shows the sitting bird turning the eggs over to ensure maximum warmth.

The extras show the events as follows:

1. The sitting bird gets up to stretch its legs whilst partner looks on ready to face off gulls.
2. Sitting bird looks at eggs with pride and thinks about what to do next.
3. Eggs are turned over (main blip).
4. Sitting bird prepares to return to sitting position.

All wonderful to watch. Many Avocets now sitting on eggs.
