Flipping marvellous

Pancake day today, so this is Paul tossing his pancake. Not easy to get an action shot at the right moment, espcially with flash, but unfortunately, I took it a bit early and so didn't get a photo of the half of it that fell on the floor! Still, I expect it tasted just as good.
