Cranberry Jam

I'm making cranberry jam as I'm blipping this. Just waiting for it to cool down a little before I put it into the jam jars. Cranberries are one of my favourite foods at Christmas. I love the bright red colour and they taste yummy with lots of savoury dishes. This year I've decided to make jam (as well as the relish), so that I can enjoy it with a fruit scone or pancake in January :o)
