No day off today as 2 of my colleagues beat me to it! It was hard work - I did keep getting up to move so everything didn’t seize up!

I even managed a cheeky little 3k run around the point with my running buddy this evening. My big toe started to hurt near the end - fortunately she’s a podiatrist so has offered to take a look if it doesn’t get better.
