MM - Movement

I didn't get much movement in my shot apart from the foliage bobbing in the breeze -  however Micky was moving quickly enough until he turned round and sat down.  Looking at his eager face I got the impression he'd like to be blipped.

I was back at Pilates this morning and wondering why the physio wasn't making me work so hard - then I realised she was and  it's just that I've got fitter. :-)). Other than that I just had a short walk along the canal where I met this lovely dog then it was home for coffee and some baking.
