Glorious day...

temperatures about 19C and sun all day. This is Redcastle and it looked particularly good in the sun today. This building dates back to the 17th century but there has been a castle on the site since the thirteenth.
The woods were full of Bluebells, extra, and the perfume lovely. Bird song was amazing and loud, Chiffchaffs, Thrushes, Blackbirds, Chaffinches and Goldfinches and butterflies included Speckled Wood, Orangetip, Tortoiseshell, and Peacock.
The green of the trees was superb.
