A little history
A day in Hamilton today, including church with friends, and a visit to this 'castle'. Dundurn Castle was home to Sir Allan Napier MacNab, who was Premier of the united Province of Canada 1854-1856, and his family. We did a great guided tour before heading to trendy James St for food, then a walk along what used to be a railway track, and then out for dinner with my lovely hosts at an old mill. Tomorrow I might get a bit damp - so you can probably guess what the plan is if you know anything about this part of Canada!
