A bridesmaid’s treat.

We were married 30 years ago in March 2018, 31 now already! My wife’s surviving sister (and family) gave us a gift card for the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. We used some of it for a lovely afternoon tea in the Conservatory, and will clear the balance next month.
My wife and her (then) two sisters enjoyed afternoon tea here years ago when their mother turned 80 years old. Nice venue, lovely experience.
I can’t tell how hundreds of many times I’ve walked past and looked into the Conservatory when walking on the Course or the shell path alongside the Road Hole, the 17th. I’ve now seen this location from both perspectives.
