Went to P and Rs for a retirement party. Wasn’t really looking forward to it as I thought there would be lots of people there who I don’t know. Really glad I did go though as I had a lovely time. Only about 16 people there so it was easy to talk to everyone, and I know most anyway. Lots of chat about working v not working and the ou past present and future . Worked out that the last time I went to their house was when N hadn’t long passed his driving test and reversed into my car. He’s got two children now!
Forgot about taking a photo until I was about to leave and inky two other people left, but the first thing I saw when the front door opened was mine and ck’s wedding present to them. Had completely forgotten about that and really nice to see it in pride of place in the hall
