Papa Oriole arrived this morning as Papa Indigo Bunting was feeding, along with the  yellow goldfinches and bright red cardinals males it was nearly a rainbow of colors gracing the bush behind the feeders. Papa Oriole is earlier than last year, I suspect the next arrival to be Mr. Hummingbird. His nectar awaits him, just as Papa Orioles oranges awaited him.

This day came in with a brief show of sun, followed by more rain. the week looks very wet.

All hands wondering where the weekend went, but loving the return of our spring birds. It's very reassuring in these troubled times.
