Mega Donkey

Met this very large donkey today. She's a Poitou breed I believe and the largest one ever was 17 hands tall. What is a hand anyway? 6.5 gallons, 5 bushels? or 18 groats? Who knows.
Anyway, this one is only 2 years old so has a few more years of growth still in her. The wee one looks like she's bowing down before her magnificence.
