I did this in...

...an old drawing app in my iOS 5 iPad. My first iPad. I have a few old apps in it I cannot get any more. It doesn't take photos, but I can still use it for a few things, and I have a lot of writing on it. So, I keep it charged up.

I think you can still get this old drawing app, but it is now riddled with adverts and thus unusable.

I just doodled with my finger. Then I drew a penguin, which ultimately became the man's mouth and moustache. The rest was just swirling my finger round for the satisfaction of it.

It's taken longer to write this than draw the doodle...
