Ail des Ours

A neighbour kindly gave me a massive bag of wild garlic leaves the other day. I’ve used it to make a pot of blow-your-head-off garlic pesto. Can’t wait to try it with pasta. It’s proved pretty good on bread so far. In other news, it’s snowing! A very pretty, but wintry walk this morning. Time to light the fire again.
