garden birds

Its always nice to get home and be greeted by the regular birds in the garden. The robins worked tirelessly all day in the wind and rain to feed their young. The blue tit box cam (in extra) shows we have at least 11 eggs this year. When we left on Sunday last week just 7 had been laid. Let's hope a good number survive to fledge, there are always heartbreaking moments along the way.
The blackbird is busy in and out of the hedge and the wren keeps flicking around but Im not sure where they are nesting.
