Christmas pheasant
Just had time this morning to get a last minute Christmas pheasant. I'm sure fellow blippers will prefer this to these. This chap has got it sussed, well away from any shoots.
At last we've reached the corner of winter and we can begin to look forward to the longer days. Not that there's much difference for the next month, or even next two months. But I can already see the first snowdrops poking through in the garden.
We walked on Wisley Common this morning and I was tempted to blip one of these shots, or this female mandarin duck. But the pheasant is, well, so Christmassy and particularly so here where the colours aren't so washed out.
