Harris' 1st Birthday. 
They spent the day together and Mum and I went round for tea. 
He took his first independent step today, several times. 

I spent the day on the sofa, sleeping, crying, self harming. Getting round to see Harris was so hard, the noise and I was so agitated and irritated by everyone and thing . 

Lewis' 5th Birthday Party tomorrow. Hell, but I wouldn't want to let Lewis down.
