The Canal

The Crinan Canal again for a photo but it is looking good just now.

I went for a run along the tow path this morning, I am under pressure to do a 5k in a couple of months . While I ran 4k this morning I would need to practice a bit to improve my distance and the event is actually 5.8k. I know I can do it but can I find enough motivation and practice time.

I took this photo this afternoon after the rain when I was again on the tow path but this time walking.
