Grey Saturday.

The girls are doing the 3 week NCS (national citizen service) thing in the summer after their GCSEs have finished. We went up to Carlisle this morning for a meeting to find out the details. The when and where, kit lists etc. Quite a few of their friends are on the same weeks as them so they are quite looking forward to it.
It's been a grey and dreary day and threatened rain all day. It decided to finally set in this afternoon quite heavily when Rich and I had popped down to costa for a coffee. It didn't seem to bother the seagulls too much though who were sat up on the roof of Specsavers opposite.
