The birthday present.

Our birthday present to Mikkel was a national costume. Many Norwegians wear a national costume on our national day May 17th. The costume tells in which part of Norway you are born or have relation too in one way or another. Mikkel`s father wears a costume from the part his grandmother is coming from. Mikkel`s costume in not telling where he comes from though. It`s just a fake costume not telling anything. He has to wait until he stops growing to get a real one. Think he would have preferred at toy car for his birthday but he also likes to look good. He was with his parents on holiday in the mountains on his 3 years day so we had a little post birthday session today. The costume looked well on. The cap that has been his father`s was a little to big.
