From Cardiff With Love

I have a tradition that every year I ask a friend to bring a decoration and help me put up my Christmas tree. This means that when I decorate my tree I also get to enjoy lovely memories and be reminded of lovely people.

This year the new decoration was this daffodil which I picked up on my trip to Cardiff 2 years ago with Greenzowie, but I couldn't find it last December. Doh!

I bought it at Castell Coch, an absolutely amazing "Victorian fantasy castle" that was used in the Doctor Who episode Vampires of Venice. It's definitely worth a visit if you ever find yourself in that neck of the woods.
