Caught!!

I was just taking a photo and the next minute I was stuck inside a Christmas bauble.

I went for a swim this morning and the pool was empty, lovely, just how I like it. I didn't swim very much and I could have fallen asleep in the jacuzzi.

Yesterday I watched a short programme on TV, it was Kirstie Allsopp making rosemary shortbread. I don't usually watch programmes like that but it just caught my attention. Instead of using rosemary she said you could use lavender. Well as soon as she said that I decided that I was going to try and make some. Unfortunately finding lavender flowers at this time of year is impossible so I'm going to make it with rosemary today. I'm going to Ellen's tomorrow for some mulled wine to get us into the Christmas spirit, I will take my shortbread too.

I'm off to the theatre tonight to see White Christmas.......unless it really is the end of the world today!!
