Mincemeat and Sultana Muffins

Remember this? Well, our neighbours are back, so I made them some mincemeat muffins as a 'welcome home' gift.

I'm remembering two very special ladies today.
RIP Mum, this day in 1981.
RIP my mother-in-law, this day in 2010.
