Outside the EC again!
What a day! All went well until just as I was about to leave I discovered I had made a monumental mistake in staffing for Monday. Two staff short and I’m not even going to be there! An hour of wasted time phoning round to discover no one was available until one of the leaders took pity on me and offered to come in after her tour and cover Stalker, so that she didn’t have to do both session and tour.

Then I got home to find an email from one of the team tendering her resignation with immediate effect. She had been offered a job too good to turn down. 5 weeks of rota all planned, and at the start of the busy season. I would never do such a thing, but clearly not everyone has my sense of loyalty! I sent out a begging email, and the rest of the team rose to the challenge to cover her shifts next week. I’ll sort May when I’m back in the office on Tuesday.
