Chillie Jam

Made it this morning, make it every year and it doesn't last long
it's actualy not that hot and quite sweet, and most importantly
very easy to make, the recipe is on Good Food websit. It goes
loverrrly with cold meats and cheeses.
I am waiting in for the boiler man, he's coming to service the
old boiler hope he doesen't find anything wrong with it, cos that
can be expensive, the boiler is 21 yrs old and served us well, oops
hope that's not a bad omen :-)
