New growth

It is lovely to see the new growth on the vine next to our courtyard which our neighbours invite us to crop in their absence.  Beneath it will soon be deep shade.  This morning our English neighbours invited us for coffee along with others. It was the occasion for a good catch up.  I helped again with the bell ringing apprentices in the afternoon.  As the day wore on, I shed layers of clothing as the sun came out and it became quite warm.
