Wadi Rum

I’m lost for superlatives. Today we cycled on Jeep tracks, had morning tea with the Bedouin, crossed the Desert Highway and launched off through sand and mud flats to a night in the wilderness of Wadi Rum. Spectacular eroded sandstone and wide expanses, it’s easy to see how this landscape appeals to sci fi film producers.
