London 2012 - Blip 10 - Swimming

Today we were back to the Aquatics Centre for a medal-studded evening of Paralympic swimming.

Arriving early, we bumped into a friend who, unbeknown to us, was also going to the swimming that evening - what were the chances of that happening?

A thoroughly enjoyable and, at times, emotional evening, watching some of TeamGB's and the world's stars compete - including Ellie Simmonds, Heather Frederiksen and Natalie DuToit.

Leaving the Aquatics Centre gave us the best view yet of the Olympic Stadium and Orbit at night - we were even in time to watch it change colour!
