Renovation

The summer house was in the garden when we bought the house in 2011. In the ensuing 7 years we have painted it several times, repaired the roof, got electricity connected (courtesy of blipper BillyGoat), installed a very nice DAB radio, furnished and refurnished it. Of late it has been a gym (not for me) as well as a hidey-hole for a quiet rest/sleep (especially for me). Unfortunately it is now past its best, the bottom planks are rotten and the whole structure is moving off its base

So far my renovation has meant removing the door and three windows. I then moved on to the electrics, uninstalling all BillyGoats work. Surprisingly for someone as totally impractical as me all this was successful and I am still alive. The next stage of the project will involve my favourite DIY tool. a very heavy hammer. Hopefully my next blip will show an empty space where the summer house was.
