Arosa - The Waffle Cafe

Meet Hans! He is the proprietor of Arosa. Hans is retired from many years of selling wholesale products to the food service industry.

Now his "retirement" job is running a very successful Seattle coffee shop called Arosa - The Waffle Cafe.

Hans tells me his wife makes the dough for the waffles, and he in turn cooks the finished product on his industrial sized waffle makers.

Both the food and the coffee are wonderful! The waffles are to die for :)
