Some Days

Teddy Fox and Mouse

Here is Mouse, our young cat, in her permanent position by the Rayburn stove.

Big Mouse

We have tried moving her bed, because frankly she is in the way a bit here, but when nobody is around the bed is dragged back to here.

She has had this bed since she first came to us, when she used to sleep at one end of it.

The fox is her constant companion, also since day one. The Euphling thought she might miss her brothers and sisters and like to have something to cuddle up to. How right he was! She plays very roughly with it but then takes it to bed and licks it while she snuggles around it.

Strange behaviour!

The fur is now growing back nicely after her lady-cat operation. It seems to have worked quite well as I haven't seen a kitten in the house since she had it!
