Flying The Flag For St George’s Day

The Market Weighton church was still flying the flag for St George’s Day today.

After work this evening I went with Sushi to his school for an information session about his NCS program for this summer. Funded by the government he will be spending 4 weeks on team building and community projects, he has a week at an outward bound centre doing sports and activities, a week residential at a local university team building and the final two weeks are spent on a community project in the local area. It seems like a superb opportunity and I think he will really benefit from it, I just wish we had these kinds of opportunities when we were younger.
