I've recognised that I have forgotten how to record the everyday.
Today I saw this display and loved the form and colour. I loved that I was represented in every ball and look like Data. These small things made me reach in my bag and grab my phone- that's worth recording.

I also smiled when I looked in a shop window at the fashions and saw a dog. Instantly I was 6 years old singing how much is that doggy in the window. More Joy.

But I was also frustrated at my cleaners inability to clean and at the Cooncil bringing grief and disappointment. Later my guest thanked me for the lovely presentation and I'm reminded why I strive for high standards.

More Joy less Grief- sometimes it's harder to achieve but it's worth digging to find it.
