Streamer

Great excitement as we left the house this morning.  I found my Blip!  A new moth was sitting right next to the door. I've discovered it's a Streamer - I'm assuming the name is for those lovely streamer markings at the back of its wings.  It sounds like it's freshly emerged as it has a really lilac tinge to it when they actually turn quite grey.

The question after our potter was, would I get a cycle ride in before it rained?  Better put in some effort! Stayed dry and enjoyed my outing immensely.
