Using up the last......

......of our Easter lamb. I've made a spinach & lamb curry for tomorrow and as this morning's photos were very boring (rain) I've used this. R always reckons it's better the 'next' day! It's fishcakes, sweet potato chips & spinach tonight.

I'm hoping for some 'quiet' time to catch up on 'things not done'. All 4 birthdays are done & dusted but I still have .......lists.....!
