Back on Track
I decided to go for a walk today in training for the 10k I'm doing at the end of the month; I think I pushed myself a bit too hard as I went 7.26k and now both my ankles and my left knee really hurt... I really need to start doing more regular short walks rather than just going for a long one every now and then... Still, at least I did something! Whilst I was resting, I managed to finish S2 of Fleabag and make a load more progress on my cross stitching.
In other news, I also recorded another podcast tonight, this time bringing back a show that's been on hiatus for a bit (totally my fault, but I'm getting there!)
