A SURPRISE CHRISTMAS CARD

Went to Asda this morning after spending an hour or so with my friend Jan's mother in law. Not really in the mood for chatting to her as its hard work due to her having alzheimer's and me being full of cold but in the end the time went quite quickly. Jan walked the dog - and got absolutely drenched. It has rained heavily the whole day. Asda was very busy but I managed to get everything I needed.

Well my sore throat has cleared up and the earache has gone.... BUT I now have a runny nose and I have sneezed all day. Used almost a box of tissues and my nose is now as red as Rudolph's.

Neil is not a happy bunny either. He was at the Dental Hospital this afternoon to get another tooth out. The student had a go but wasn't able to do it so a " proper qualified dentist" had a go. Apparently they were only a minute or so away from having to perform surgery to get the tooth out but in the end it came out with one last pull. Neil's mouth is very sore - the gum on the other side of his mouth is still sore from the extraction he had on Tuesday and very sore where the tooth was taken out today. He can't chew anything so he has just had some soup this evening. And he doesn't even like soup.

My blip is of a lovely Christmas card I received in the post a few days ago. It is a hand made card sent to me by a fellow blipper Kathymay ( Me 365 ) It came completely out of the blue - a lovely surprise. Thanks Kath.
