Tuesday: Galena Bay

We woke up to a lake that was completely shrouded in mist and fog, making for quite an atmospheric mood.

We set off just after breakfast for the drive back to Vancouver. The journey involved a ferry crossing across the Columbia river, here at Galena Bay.

The journey was fine - it took about 7 hours or so.

It's been a great weekend away. The benefits of a long weekend, when your contacts are also off (meaning no emails coming in) is not to be underestimated.
