two colours

#2 decided to cycle to school again, so I did a minor detour to drop him off. The journey is OK although along a major road. There is plenty space. Went for my lunchtime walk along Blackford Pond. On the way I spotted a tree with two colours which I decided to investigate. Looks like the second colour was grafted on at some stage. Never seen a tree like that before. I also bumped into a fellow student from my Haskell course. We had a nice chat. On to the pond where I watched a busy rat for a while (see extra). A bit further along I met another photographer who is also into insects. He had some excellent photos. A very communicative break.
