Another desperation blip
We were up early, to a cool grey and damp day, and away from home before 8 for a two and a half hour journey to La Rochelle - or at least its outskirts.
The plan had been to conduct our business there, then to head into town for lunch and to take Nell on the beach.
It turned out that by the time we had test driven, and then done the paperwork on buying, a new (to us) car, that I felt in need of immediate sustenance and to simply head for home The weather by then was really not conducive to strolling on the beach so we sought out a place to eat on the trading estate where we found ourselves and did just that - had lunch and came home. We can explore La Rochelle when we go to pick the car up next week.
The camera stayed in its bag until we arrived home and took Nell for a belated walk. I found little to point it at so here is my desperation blip, heavily cropped as I have opted for the background lambs rather than the single foreground one that I had pointed the camera at. I love it when I capture something unexpected. I also love it when lambs are grown enough to form gangs and play together.
I'll try harder tomorrow.
