Spot the Greenfly

Went to catch the bus for my physio appointment this morning.
As l passed one of the local churches l stopped to have a look at the cross decorated with Spring flowers.
Noticed then how grand the tulips looked against the rustic red church door.
On inspection at home l see that it is not only the tulips in my garden that are being blighted by greenfly, can’t remember this happening before.
So l’m squeezing this in to Tiny Tuesday but it will need a keen eye to see why :-)

Physio and myself are very pleased with my knee and back’s progress and l am now moving on to plyometrics to gain more dynamic strength.
Met P outside the clinic as he had just had a good run with his friends.
Cooler today so we are now going to see Red Joan at the cinema after postponing it from last Friday when the weather was too glorious to sit inside.
