Cranberry and Pistachio cookies

Just home after a rather stressful end to the shift. Luckily all was well but my adrenaline is flowing and i need to relax a bit now. Luckily a friend is calling round with pizza and i think a couple of glasses of vino might be in order! For pud i may just share the cookies i baked yesterday...no guarantees tho! ;-)
